Yes. We work remotely with clients in any country, in English or Indonesian. Our working hours (UTC+7) overlap with Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Europe mornings, and we agree on overlap hours and communication channels (WhatsApp, email, Slack, or your own tools) at kickoff.
It runs in production. Examples include Maktabah AI in the Hikam Shughro app (RAG that answers from classical texts), AI meeting minutes built on speech-to-text, and the sales negotiation agent in KiosPro. We also released business-leads-ai-automation as open source on GitHub.
For document-based needs we use RAG: answers are drawn from your documents and cite their sources. Before release the system is tested against an agreed list of questions, with rules for when the AI must hand the conversation to a human.
We do not sell fixed headcount. Each squad is assembled per project from engineers who have already worked with us, matched to your stack and timeline, and led directly by an ASIIFDEV lead engineer who is accountable for the technical work.
