How we hire
Freelance and remote
Every role is remote, with weekly targets and check-ins. We are based in Boyolali, Central Java, and work on WIB (UTC+7).
Selection based on real work
You complete a mini-task, then finalists show their skills through a video and a Google Meet session. A CV alone is not enough.
Understand the product first, then sell
New team members complete product onboarding and pass an assessment before they start contacting prospects.
Compensation is explained directly
Compensation details are confidential and shared with candidates during selection.
