About the role

PT Asiifdev Digital Agency (founded 2021, Boyolali, Central Java) is an engineering company with three services: AI Engineering & Machine Learning, IT Outsourcing, and Product Engineering. We also build our own SaaS products, including Invly.id, rental business management software.

We need content that explains products and services: app demos, business problems, and case studies. Not random entertainment content.

What you will do

• Turn our content calendar into finished content: scripts, short videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), static posts, carousels, and LinkedIn posts.
• Create demo content from screen recordings and materials we provide.
• Adjust content based on performance: views, saves, clicks to the landing page, and leads.
• Cite the page on our sites that each product claim comes from.

You are a good fit if

• You can edit in CapCut or Premiere and design in Canva or Figma.
• You understand the first-3-seconds hook, subtitles, and how to structure a demo video.
• You have run an account before, even a small one, and can show the numbers.

How we work and compensation

• Freelance, remote, part-time.
• Open to candidates based in Indonesia.
• Flexible hours; weekly targets and check-ins apply.
• A 3-month trial period with a review every month.
• Compensation is confidential and explained directly to candidates during selection.

Mini-task (part of your application)

Use invly.id and asiifdev.com as your source. We send screen recordings, the logo, and brand colours after you contact us. Top candidates are compensated for completing the mini-task.

1. 3 video scripts of 30–45 seconds: hook, problem, short demo, CTA.
2. 1 finished vertical 9:16 video from one of the scripts: subtitles, light music, 30–45 seconds.
3. 1 carousel or static post (Canva/Figma): one small business problem, then its solution.
4. A short note: why you chose that hook, and which metrics you would track.
5. Claim sources: for every product claim in your scripts and design, name the page on our sites it comes from.

Selection process

1. Send your application with your mini-task results.
2. We assess the mini-task without seeing candidates' names.
3. Finalists join a short interview and walk through their mini-task.
4. Verification of content samples and their results.
5. A 3-month trial. Before creating content that goes live, you complete product onboarding, and in the first weeks content goes live only after we approve it.
