About the role

PT Asiifdev Digital Agency (founded 2021, Boyolali, Central Java) is an engineering company with three services: AI Engineering & Machine Learning, IT Outsourcing, and Product Engineering. We also build our own SaaS products, including Invly.id, rental business management software.

Invly.id helps rental businesses (cameras, kebaya and formal wear, event equipment, cars and motorbikes, gadgets and electronics) manage stock, bookings, payments, and returns in one system.

We already have a marketing plan, a content calendar, and playbooks. You do not need to build a strategy from scratch: this role is a diligent, measurable executor who is comfortable talking to prospective customers.

What you will do

• Find and qualify prospects: rental business owners across Invly's five segments.
• Run outreach over WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email using our templates and playbooks.
• Run product demos over Google Meet/Zoom, answer prospects' questions, and negotiate within the authority we set.
• Train new customers' staff in onboarding sessions.
• Drive closing from trial to subscription, and follow up.
• Run small ad experiments within a budget cap we set.
• Fill in the weekly tracker: prospects, replies, demos, trials, customers.

You are a good fit if

• You have done outbound, selling over WhatsApp, or managing ads, even at a small scale (an internship, a community, or your own business).
• You are used to tracking numbers: how many contacted, how many replied, how many converted.
• You are comfortable speaking and sharing your screen on Google Meet/Zoom, and willing to learn the product until you can demo it yourself.
• Your written communication is tidy and you do not disappear mid-way.

How we work and compensation

• Freelance, remote, part-time.
• Open to candidates based in Indonesia.
• Flexible hours; weekly targets and check-ins apply.
• A 3-month trial period with a review every month.
• Compensation is confidential and explained directly to candidates during selection.

Mini-task (part of your application)

Study invly.id, the solutions pages, and the pricing page first. Top candidates are compensated for completing the mini-task.

1. Segment: pick one of the five segments (camera rental, kebaya and formal wear, event equipment, cars and motorbikes, gadgets and electronics) and explain why in at most 5 sentences.
2. Prospect list: 20 real rental businesses in that segment. Columns: business name, city, public contact channel, why they fit. Use public business information only.
3. Outreach messages: 3 variants (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email), at most 80 words each, with no exaggerated promises.
4. Two-week experiment: hypothesis, channel, budget (Rp0–500,000), and the numbers you would call a success.
5. Product understanding from the public site: (a) explain Invly to a business owner in your chosen segment in at most 3 sentences; (b) name the 3 most relevant features and the plan you would offer, with your reasons; (c) one thing on the site you find confusing or unclear.
6. One risk: what is most likely to make this experiment fail, and how you would detect it early.

Selection process

1. Send your application with your mini-task results.
2. We assess the mini-task without seeing candidates' names.
3. Finalists record a 5–7 minute demo video using the Invly demo workspace, then join a Google Meet session: a short live re-demo and a negotiation role-play.
4. Verification of a work sample and one reference.
5. A 3-month trial. Before contacting prospects, you complete product onboarding and pass an assessment.
